BeavaBond Multipurpose Boarding Adhesive 500g

BeavaBond Multipurpose Boarding Adhesive is a high-strength polyurethane liquid adhesive designed for fast, reliable fixing on a wide range of building substrates, including both porous and non-porous surfaces. It has a quick initial grab and typically sets within 5–10 minutes, helping to speed up installation on site.

After application, BeavaBond expands slightly as it cures. This expansion helps to fill small gaps and surface irregularities, improving contact between materials and delivering a solid, long-lasting bond. The adhesive has excellent water resistance once cured, making it suitable for use in wet areas.

BeavaBond is recommended for fixing cement-faced tile backer boards to timber floors and is suitable for both internal and external applications.

Application

Hold the bottle upside down and squeeze to apply the adhesive to one of the surfaces to be bonded. When fixing backer boards, apply BeavaBond directly to the back of the board, position it in place, and secure using appropriate screws.

To seal joints, apply a continuous bead of BeavaBond along the edge of a board before butting the next board into position. This helps strengthen the joint and reduce movement.

Wipe off any excess adhesive immediately before it sets.

This 500g bottle will fix approximately 6–8 backer boards measuring 1200x600 mm, depending on bead size and substrate condition.
